VentureAI is operated by Reid Agency, an Australian company. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you create an account and complete the onboarding questionnaire, including:

Your name and email address
Business name, industry, and location
Team size and approximate annual revenue
Software tools you currently use
Business goals and time-drain areas
Self-reported AI experience and tech comfort level

We also collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and usage logs via our hosting and analytics providers.

3. How we use your information

Your information is used solely to:

Generate your personalised AI implementation plan
Operate and improve the VentureAI platform
Send transactional emails (account confirmation, invoices, plan updates)
Respond to your support requests

We do not use your business profile data to train AI models, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform. Each has its own privacy policy:

Supabase - database and authentication (data stored in Sydney, Australia)
Stripe - payment processing (we do not store your card details)
Anthropic - AI plan generation (your profile data is sent to generate your plan; Anthropic does not use API inputs to train models)
Resend - transactional email delivery
Vercel - website hosting

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure located in Sydney, Australia. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and access controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of your account and associated data

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
