Terms of Service - VentureAI

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VentureAI platform operated by Reid Agency ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using VentureAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The service

VentureAI is a software platform that generates personalised AI implementation plans for Australian businesses. The platform includes:

A business profiling questionnaire
AI-generated implementation plans, roadmaps, and prompt libraries
A dashboard to track progress
Plan updates over the subscription period

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@ventureai.com.au if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Monthly plan: Billed monthly. Cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Annual plan: Billed annually. Cancel anytime. No refund for the remaining period unless covered by our money-back guarantee.

Lifetime plan: One-time payment. Provides ongoing access to VentureAI and all future updates while the platform operates. No recurring charges.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. A tax invoice is provided for each payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

5. Money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us at hello@ventureai.com.au for a full refund. The guarantee applies to your first purchase only.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials with others
Reproduce, resell, or distribute VentureAI plans or content without written permission
Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the platform
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Input false or misleading information to manipulate plan outputs

7. Intellectual property

The VentureAI platform, including its software, design, and methodology, is owned by Reid Agency. Your personalised plan is generated for your use and you may use it within your business. You may not resell or redistribute plan content.

8. Disclaimer

VentureAI provides AI-generated business guidance for informational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or business advice. We make no guarantee that implementing the recommendations in your plan will achieve specific business outcomes. Results vary by business and implementation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Reid Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of VentureAI. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for conduct that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. On termination, your access to the platform will cease at the end of the current billing period (or immediately in cases of serious breach).

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
